About the Artist
Being born in 2004, the world I was raised in was, and still is, ceaselessly hyper-informative. My compositions are purposefully eclectic which, I feel, is emblematic of the era I grew up in. I think of my work as one of many logical reactions one could have to being raised in the early 2000’s.
There’s so much happening everywhere, all at once, and this is the first time in history that not only are we able to view these happenings, but doing so is becoming an increasingly integral part of society. You do not go to work or use social media without being perpetually peppered with information, and regardless of whether that information is helpful or necessary, its in your brain now, and it’s taking up space.
When people ask what inspires me I usually say something like that. Then they leave me alone.
